Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of available appointments, I have decided to adopt these cancellation policies to ensure maximum appointment availability.  Appropriate notice allows me to fill your cancelled appointment with someone who has been waiting.

The full service fee will be assessed if less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment or class.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept Visa and MasterCard. To help me keep costs down, I prefer cash or check.

Insurance

While I do not bill insurance, my services may be covered by Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA). Check with your provider to see if your care is covered.
